More than 50 years ago, Tony Arch founded Arch Printing in the early 1970s, starting from humble beginnings in a garage in Aurora, Illinois. While building the company’s client base by night, Tony worked during the day at Barber Greene's in-house print shop. When Barber Greene was acquired by Caterpillar and the print shop was closed, Tony continued his journey at a mid-sized printing company, all while growing Arch Printing on the side.
Through years of hard work and dedication, Tony and his wife Mary were able to incorporate the business in 1986 and move into a storefront in North Aurora. As demand for their services grew, Arch Printing expanded into larger facilities, earning a stellar reputation throughout Chicagoland for delivering exceptional results across a wide range of services, including full-service paper printing, screen printing, embroidery, promotional products, banners, and signs.

Arch Printing has always been a true family business, with Tony and Mary’s children, their spouses, and many grandchildren playing integral roles over the years. Today, many family members are still actively involved, continuing to build on the strong foundation and reputation that Tony and Mary established.
At Arch Printing, we are committed to upholding our legacy of quality, reliability, and personalized service for every customer we serve.
